Your lovely face…..a repost…

Taking good care of your skin is essential to its beauty for a very long time.  When washing your face, as much as possible, use a natural soap.  Rub in a circular motion gently on each spot several times (I use my Japanese wash cloth).  Make sure not to forget your neck because it wrinkles too.  Also, pay particular attention to those places apt to wrinkle most; the eyes, mouth, forehead, etc.  Pat it dry, and use a very good facial lotion.  You will see a wonderful difference in your beauty…..Have a beautiful day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Pumpkin Pie…Mmmmmmmmm…

I thought I would get this recipe out before Thanksgiving…my version of the Pumpkin Pie recipe:  this will make 2-9″ pies…

We start out with the 29 ounce can of Libby’s 100% pumpkin.

Libby’s Famous Pumkin Pie (Wai’s Version):

• 1 1/2 cups of (Sugar In The Raw) raw sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp. of minced ginger – (sometimes I use more) (Lee Kum Kee brand)
• 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
• 4  large eggs
• 1 can 29 ounce Libby’s Pumpkin
• 2 cans (12 fl. ounces) evaporated milk….Carnation or Pet
• 2 unbaked deep-dish pie crusts

Then we just follow the recipe as it is on the can:

Mix: sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.  Beat eggs in large bowl.  Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.  Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour: into pie shells.

Bake: in preheated 425 degrees F. oven for 15 minutes.  Reduce temp. to 350 degrees F.; bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted into the center of pie, comes out clean.  Cool on wire rack for 1-2 hours.

Love and Kindness….a re-post…..

 I am sending this out again hoping to encourage all of us to keep trying, never give up……Waimomona

I wrote about this awhile back, but I would like to say something more on it.  So much has happened since then. 

Why is it, in our society, we people as a whole, feel we have to go out of our way to destroy someone we are  jealous of…..or don’t agree with? 

I have seen this daily on the news……and have seen the effects of it on people I encounter personally.  The media knows they are setting an example (for the young people, anyway).  It works, I know.  But are we such followers, that we can’t figure out our own morals?  Don’t we read good books anymore, or the Good Book?  Does the media have a monopoly on “life”?  Do they even have a life?  They get paid to write whatever meanness they can conjure up……..but we need to live a life that will give something to our next generation to live up to……..not down to. 

There is a better way…….love and kindness.  Does it sound sappy to you? 

 As an example, how about the men and women who have gone to Iraq to defend OUR freedom…..They are physically at the edge day and night, not sure they will return.  They didn’t make the decision to do that  job lightly…….they are aware they may die at any time.  It is for our freedom they train and train to stay ready to defend.  That is love……it isn’t spoken sweet nothings…..but a real decision to stand in harm’s way for someone they don’t know or can’t put a face to.  Those who survive, the men and women who have been wounded, are frustrated they can’t go back and stand side by side with their friends and fellow soldiers. 

Kindness goes hand in hand with love.  Consideration for someone else above yourself.  Protection of someones reputation; feelings in whatever they may be going through; remembering they are an individual with a soul.

Modeling Agencies….again we come back to this subject.  If you sense there is something wrong in an agency, listen to your instincts…!  Sometimes we’re so desperate to “make it”, we accept any situation, hoping it will get us started, at least.  Step back and ask a lot of questions.  Have a professional look at the contract, etc.  Many of us have been burned, but hopefully we will keep our antennae up and not let it stop us from achieving our goals.   Persistence really does count.  The circumstances may “fog” your way, but life is happening everyday!  Don’t give up!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Fall and winter in Modeling…

The colder weather, for some, is a welcome relief from the hot, summer weather; but there is the problem with the dry air, it can really take a toll on your hands and feet!  Try to soak your feet at least once a week…more if you have the time.  Scrub off the dry, dead skin (use a course foot file/sander), then get a really good moisturizer, and massage it in well.  Use baby oil on top of that, and put on a soft pair of socks.  It works wonders to soften those cracked, dry feet.  Take time to always put on a good moisturizer, but do this especially during winter.  Your looking good!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Modeling bodies…

One of the difficult things that I have a hate/love relationship with is…exercise.  But you can make it fun!  I actually use an exercise program with a teacher my mom has used over the years. Gilad or Bodies in Motion.  He is wonderful!  He targets specific parts and gets it done quick (not to mention the encouragement you hear all through the program)!  I do some extra  target spots of my own as well…those thighs and buns…a difficult spot for me!  But if you keep at it, it is so worth it!  I believe it is a joy for the photographers when you take the time to keep your body looking good.  There are many programs out there that can help.  Give it a try!   http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Healthy Hair…

We live in Texas…the water is very hard and it makes the hair stiff and dull.  I have found an inexpensive ingredient that really brings back the shine….Vinegar!  Yes…vinegar.  It works wonders in taking off that lime; it works on the skin as well.  I shampoo twice, then put on the conditioner; then I put some of the vinegar on my scalp and leave it in…the strong smell goes away later after my hair dries.  The conditioners’ fragrance then becomes dominate.  Just a little pearl of wisdom….see the difference!  Beautiful, shiny hair!    http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Sea salt soak…

Growing up in Hawaii, we went to the beach all the time…I never noticed at the time, but my skin always felt soft.  Now that we live in the mainland, I feel the difference.  Soaking in sea salt baths helps bring back that nice soft skin…of course nothing’s as good as the ocean, but it is helpful if the ocean isn’t near by!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Healthy Skin…

Speaking and writing…with class…

Just between us women…

Vinegar for beauty…

There are so many things you can do with vinegar, I would have to write a book to mention them all.  In fact, I would like to mention a wonderful book I’ve had for awhile, you might have heard of it…Vim & Vinegar by Melodie Moore.  Great book!  She mentions a remedy for acne that is very helpful.  “Take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water to dab on blemishes several times a day after washing…”  I personally use distilled white vinegar because I can’t stand the smell from the apple vinegar.  Vinegar is a wonderful product.  I’ll mention some other vinegar remedies from time to time that will be great help in the future.  Looking good!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Coffee and Beauty…

Most of us love coffee.  There is a problem with it, though.  If you want to keep your beauty, you need to cut down on the amount you drink.  One Chinese doctor suggested once a week (that’s hard)!  Coffee acts like a sponge and dries out the moisture in your body, not to mention the vitamins and nutrition you need.  It also makes a difference in your hormones.  Because your body is lacking in the correct nutrition and vitamins, the balance in the hormones is thrown off and can make premenstrual, (which includes your emotions), as well as normal times of the month uncomfortable.  And it affects both men and women.  Don’t get me wrong, I love coffee, but tea is really the better choice…..have a wonderful day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Beautiful Smile…

I have been experimenting with different ways of cleaning and whitening my teeth.  Crest Pro-Health toothpaste is my favorite.  It makes my teeth feel clean and my breath fresh.  Then I found Arm & Hammer Advance White toothpaste was very good for cleaning and freshening also.  Both were helpful at whitening my teeth somewhat.  Of course teeth whiteners are much better concerning the shade of white.  It is a wonderful feeling when your mouth feels clean and your teeth look white.  The first step to confidence and a beautiful smile.  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Mmmmm….Pumkin Pie…

Like many people, I love pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving…or anytime, for that matter.  But I do something a little different in my pumpkin filling.  I use raw cane sugar and fresh ginger….it takes a little more ginger than called for in the recipe to get the taste I like from it, but it is so much more delicious!  I hope you’ll try it!  Happy Thanksgiving!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Beauty cloth from Japan…

I have been using a product all my life that I have taken for granted, but I would like to share it with you.  You’ve probably seen an imitation of this cloth…but there is not replacement for the real thing.  It is an exfoliating cloth called Salux.  There is truly no substitute.  First of all the other “guys” do not clean as well (it’s too soft).  Salux exfoliates and stimulates your skin.  It is also nice and long so you can reach around your back and get a good scrub, and it dries out quickly after use.   You can buy these cloths that are Japanese made at Amazon.com……………..enjoy!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Once in awhile we get really uncomfortable infections in the urinal tract.  I found that cranberry juice is the perfect medicine.  Not just any cranberry juice, it has to be Ocean Spray.  It is wonderful!  As soon as I feel uncomfortable and start going to the ladies room far too often, I drink Ocean Spray and the healing starts right away!  Don’t use the mixed fruit juices, use all cranberry.   By the way, you guys can drink it too!  I am hoping this was helpful to all of you!  Have a great day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Toothbrush technology…

Disappointment…

Before you catch that awful cold…

It’s really irritating to go through a cold…especially during this time of the year.  Besides using Zicam as soon as those symptoms show(by the way Zicam really works!), take an 8oz. bottle of water and add a little vinegar (about 1/2 teaspoon) and shake to mix.  Drink to soothe your throat and kill the germs.  I also gargle with the original Listerine…not the minty type…it’s not as good at killing germs.    Also, take more vitamin C than usual…one isn’t going to do any good.  I take 4-5, three times a day…it really boosts the immune system during your cold.  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com./  

Facial beauty…

I finally tried Nu Skins’ Clear Action Acne Medicated Foaming Cleanser…it is very good!  I have an oily skin type, and therefore have that constant battle with acne.  But, this product gave my skin a wonderful, clean feel…even after I put on lotion.  The foaming action gets deep into the pores and lifts out the dirt and stops the breakouts before they start….I would recommend this face cleansing product to anyone who has an acne problem from extreme to normal levels.  My face feels wonderful!   http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

The colder weather, for some, is a welcome relief from the hot, summer weather; but there is the problem with the dry air, it can really take a toll on your hands and feet!  Try to soak your feet at least once a week…more if you have the time.  Scrub off the dry, dead skin (use a course foot file/sander), then get a really good moisturizer, and massage it in well.  Use baby oil on top of that, and put on a soft pair of socks.  It works wonders to soften those cracked, dry feet.  Take time to always put on a good moisturizer, but do this especially during winter.  Your looking good!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Beauty products…

There are two kinds of underarm deodorants…an antiperspirant and plain deodorant.  The deodorant is just to help give you a nice fragrance, whereas the antiperspirant has ingredients to stop the sweat and give fragrance.  Just a little advise about the antiperspirant….use it only when you know you need it for extra confidence.  It has aluminum, which is not good for your body, but is necessary to stop the sweat.  Have a beautiful day!   http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Sea salt soak…

One of the difficult things I have a hate/love relationship with is…exercise.  But you can make it fun!  I actually use an exercise program with a teacher my mom has used over the years.  We talked about doing your own artificial nails in another post, and, as I promised, I am going to show you how to do them.                                                                                                            

 

First, we see all the items in your package:  Nails, gel glue, manicure stick, and file….

 

 

Prepare your nails by cleaning them with acetone based nail polish remover…and push back the cuticles with a manicure stick.  We then size the nails that will fit each individual finger….and lay them out accordingly. 

 

 

Next, we squeeze some of the glue gel on the artificial nail, place the artificial nail on your own fingernail and hold firmly for about 10 seconds.    Then we bend the nail “tabs” off and file the rough areas.                                                                                                   

As you can see, you don’t even need to polish this brand….Beautiful!

There are so many things you can do with vinegar, I would have to write a book to mention them all.  In fact, I would like to mention a wonderful book I’ve had for awhile, you might have heard of it…Vim & Vinegar by Melodie Moore.  Great book!  She mentions a remedy for acne that is very helpful.  “Take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water to dab on blemishes several times a day after washing…”  I personally use distilled white vinegar because I can’t stand the smell from the apple vinegar.  Vinegar is a wonderful product.  I’ll mention some other vinegar remedies from time to time that will be great help in the future.  Looking good!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

Bodies beautiful!

There are some very helpful exercises that firm and tone.  One is for the waistline.  Have a pole ready (4-5feet long).  Hold the pole on your back, centered, with the pole almost to the top of your shoulders.  Stand with your legs shoulder length apart…then squat until your thighs are almost level with the floor (a little higher will do if you can keep your lower body stationary).  Swing the pole back and forth, with your lower body stationary….(remember you’re working on your waist).  Do this for 20-30 repetitions, more if you can keep it up, keeping your abdominals gently firm.  Do this exercise daily to achieve and keep a slimmer waistline.  Your beautiful!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

I thought I would get this recipe out before Christmas…my version of the Pumpkin Pie recipe:  this will make 2-9″ pies…

We start out with the 29 ounce can of Libby’s 100% pumpkin.

Libby’s Famous Pumkin Pie (Wai’s Version):

• 1 1/2 cups of (Sugar In The Raw) raw sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp. of minced ginger – (sometimes I use more) (Lee Kum Kee brand)
• 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
• 4  large eggs
• 1 can 29 ounce Libby’s Pumpkin
• 2 cans (12 fl. ounces) evaporated milk….Carnation or Pet
• 2 unbaked deep-dish pie crusts

Then we just follow the recipe as it is on the can:

Mix: sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.  Beat eggs in large bowl.  Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.  Gradually stir in evaporated milk. 

Pour: into pie shells.

Bake: in preheated 425 degrees F. oven for 15 minutes.  Reduce temp. to 350 degrees F.; bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted into the center of pie, comes out clean.  Cool on wire rack for 1-2 hours.

Beauty cloth from Japan…a re-post…………

Family and love………….

These days it’s hard to mix children and work….it is hard to show the amount of love they need when you must do so much to make a living.  I am sensitive to this subject because I have a little one.  Children need love at any age, but it has a very lasting effect on them when they are little.  Many of you may know by now, studies showing the the connection between affection and brain development in children and how it affects them for the rest of their lives.  I am a firm believer that you will make a difference in your childrens’ lives by how you raise them….what you teach them from your mouth as well as your own behavior.

Beauty worth the time………….

There is so much available at the department stores in the way of natural products.  I have recently tried a very old company and its natural soaps….the aloe is natural, but some of the other ingredients are oily.  You just have to try those products and see what effects it has on your skin or hair, then make a logical choice.  The better product may cost less or more, depending on the company and ingredients you need.  Sometimes the better product is a bargain.  Have a great day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/

A beautiful body in the works……….

Sometimes it gets a little costly to go on a diet……..but maybe you would like to try this inexpensive idea.  Make vegetable soup………it works if you make it homemade…..NO MEAT. 

• Start with a medium pot….
• Dice 1 onion…
• 8-10 regular sized carrots…(slice in large, bite sized pieces…they take longer to digest if they are larger)…
• One bunch of celery….(8-10 stalks of celery)…(slice in large, bite sized pieces)…
• 1 large can of tomato paste…

Please note:  you can change these ingredients around…add or use less, etc….it’s up to you…just vegetables only.

Over medium heat, pour about 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in the bottom of the pot; saute the onion (with a little garlic, if you prefer); continue with carrots; then celery….put a lid on the pot and steam for about 15 minutes.  Then add tomato paste and fill the pot with water just above the vegetables.  Add salt and pepper to taste; parsley, and any other seasoning you enjoy.  Stir well and cook till tender.  If it seems a little boring, put in a small potato, but no more (they are fattening if you eat too much).  Fill with more water if it gets a little thick.  This can last for a few days…keep refrigerated.

A beautiful body takes a daily scheduled workout.  It’s something we all struggle with.  But we get results on just the smallest amount of time exercising.  Don’t give up!  If you’re like myself and have a hard time getting back into a routine…..start small.  Just a few abdominals (crunches), squats, weight lifting….then, you will feel better each time and your body will want more.  Of course, we are all different, but as long as you do some exercising, you will see results.  Have a beautiful day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/   

Some more beauty tips………………

Another thing I do for weight loss is use the tea for times I crave.  I know some celebrities are talking about this method, and I absolutely agree.  My tea is either regular Lipton Tea or Chai Lipton Tea.  (I don’t really care for the green tea taste, so I improvise).  I use a little Hawaiian raw sugar and canned evaporated cream for taste (remember, I am only trying to curb my craving, so I don’t worry about those calories the sugar and cream give).   This is when I don’t plan on eating for a meal….I will eat a regular meal later.  This is just another method of losing unwanted weight.  Have a beautiful day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com/  

Deep Breathing………….

I have been around Chinese techniques all my life, and sometimes I don’t realize people aren’t aware of it.  One of these techniques is deep breathing.  My father taught it to me when I was young.  Breathing deeply everyday (Chinese doctors recommend early in the morning)…..is very good for your whole body.  “Chinese breathing” is a very deep breathing, which will help you to build strength internally and externally.  It helps to heal your body also…..helps; it helps with the lungs, blood flow, internal organs, and gives you a comfortable, peaceful feeling because your body has been filled with oxygen.  If you would like to try it, the best way to learn properly is at a martial arts school or possibly at some Chinese acupuncture offices.  There is no “heeby-geeby” involved…….just pure science.  Have a great day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com

Beauty from Within…………………..

For some time, now, I have been thinking on our times and my generation.  I feel I have come from a different time and am not really happy with what I see concerning my age group.  I’m in my early 20’s, yet television shows me what a  waste beauty is.  We women, for instance, have made ourselves cheap and of no value.  Men seem to do the same.  We concentrate ONLY on our bodies; what happened to our minds, our hearts, what makes us “beautiful” on the inside?  What makes love worth the time we take to find it…if we don’t value it hereafter?  Can our generation get the morals and values back that earlier generations had?  This is my wish.  But I have to live in the world my generation has made.  I won’t give up my values….but I won’t cry about the lack of values in my peers either.   I love those old values and morals….they give me hope…and, yes, it all origiated from God.  Love, honor, respect, life, bravery, hope, strength, God and all He created…….Beauty, for me, comes from within.  We all make mistakes, but we do better because we learn from them.  Be beautiful!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com

In Preparation…..Beautiful Modeling………….

When you’re modeling, remember, what you feel will come through your photos.  A troubled mind or heart can make your shoot bad.  Try to take time to go outside and take walks and breathe deeply……let your troubles go in preparation for your shoot…..you will have plenty of time to think about the troubles afterwards.  Focus on your photo session.  In fact, it would be good if you can take a few days before your shoot to exercise and take good, long soaks in the bathtub (pamper yourself).  Our troubles seem so important, and they are….but let them go, especially now, and take the time to relax your mind…..I hope this has helped.  You are beautiful!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com

I have used a wonderful cleanser for a long time and really enjoy the feel it gives my skin…. Sea Salt Soak….a re-post…………….

Family and Love…………….

These days it’s hard to mix children and work….it is hard to show the amount of love they need when you must do so much to make a living.  I am sensitive to this subject because I have a little one.  Children need love at any age, but it has a very lasting effect on them when they are little.  Many of you may know by now, studies showing the the connection between affection and brain development in children and how it affects them for the rest of their lives.  I am a firm believer that you will make a difference in your childrens’ lives by how you raise them….what you teach them from your mouth as well as your own behavior.

Just between us women…………

PO2 (EOD2) (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) 
Mike Monsoor, a Navy EOD Technician, was 
awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor 
posthumously for jumping on a grenade in Iraq, 
giving his life to save his fellow Seals. 
(Notice: Mike was not a Navy SEAL, he was EOD.
He gave his life to save a group of Navy SEALS.)

During Mike Monsoor’s funeral in San Diego , 
as his coffin was being moved from the hearse
to the grave site at Ft. Rosecrans National 
Cemetery , SEAL’s were lined up on both sides
of the pallbearers route forming a column of two’s,
with the coffin moving up the center. As Mike’s
coffin passed, each SEAL, having removed his 
gold Trident from his uniform, slapped it down
embedding the Trident in the wooden coffin.This should be front-page news instead of the crap we see every day..

The slaps were audible from across the cemetery; by the time the coffin arrived grave side,
it looked as though it had a gold inlay from all the Tridents pinned to it.

This was a fitting send-off for a warrior hero..

I am very proud of our military. If you are proud too, please pass this on.  If not then rest assured that these fine men and women of our military will continue to serve and protect.

What a blessing!……….

My parents are renovating their house, and have tried to find great deals on building materials (used, wholesale, etc.) especially during the difficult days.  Well, they found the most wonderful place to buy building materials…….I was impressed!  Habitat Home Center has used, scratch and dent doors starting at about $20!  That is amazing!  You can find one in your area at Habitat.org .  They are able to help the less fortunate with the sales that are a fraction of the cost for building materials and save these materials from the rubbish!  You may even donate your materials that you may not want after you’ve renovated, etc……what an idea!   I hope this has been helpful; have a great day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com

Sarah Palin….a beautiful woman….

I have seen articles lately criticizing  Gov. Sarah Palin.  What I have seen of her is very different.  She has served Alaska with love of that state and honor.  I listened to her speech as to why she was stepping down…..it is very clear to me she was thinking of Alaska, her country and her family.  The accusations leveled at her took too much precious time away from her job.  She had been spending 80% of the time defending herself against the lies and accusations…..which only gave her 20% of her time to dedicate to her job, leaving her and her family over a million dollars in lawyers fees……

First, the media complains and makes her life difficult because she is in office, then they complain because they say she is giving up!  These ‘children’ in journalism cannot make up their minds.  I am disgusted with the media!  Sarah is an awesome lady!    God bless her…… http://waimomona.wordpress.com  

Love…..and Kindness……

 

I wrote about this awhile back, but I would like to say something more on it.  So much has happened since then. 

Why is it, in our society, we people as a whole, feel we have to go out of our way to destroy someone we are  jealous of…..or don’t agree with? 

I have seen this daily on the news……and have seen the affects of it on people I encounter personally.  The media knows they are setting an example (for the young people, anyway).  It works, I know.  But are we such followers, that we can’t figure out our own morals?  Don’t we read good books anymore, or the Good Book?  Does the media have a monopoly on “life”?  Do they even have a life?  They get paid to write whatever meanness they can conjure up……..but we need to live a life that will give something to our next generation to live up to……..not down to. 

There is a better way…….love and kindness.  Does it sound sappy to you? 

 As an example, how about the men and women who have gone to Iraq to defend OUR freedom…..They are physically at the edge day and night, not sure they will return.  They didn’t make the decision to do that  job lightly…….they are aware they may die at any time.  It is for our freedom they train and train to stay ready to defend.  That is love……it isn’t spoken sweet nothings…..but a real decision to stand in harm’s way for someone they don’t know or can’t put a face to.  Those who survive, the men and women who have been wounded, are frustrated they can’t go back and stand side by side with their friends and fellow soldiers. 

Kindness goes hand in hand with love.  Consideration for someone else above yourself.  Protection of someones reputation; feelings in whatever they may be going through; remembering they are an individual with a soul.

I have always loved the differences between men and women.  We are so different, but can fit each other so amazingly together.

Lately, through the years, I have been a little disappointed about the way men are letting women whip them into being more feminine!  My admiration for men like John Wayne is because he is a real man….a real man!  He respected women….but didn’t let them dictate to him who or what he should be.

I know that women are pushy about their ideas, what you should be like….but they still need to know you are a man!  If that means not ‘getting some’….well, so be it!  Aren’t they the ones missing out?  You’re more attractive as a man.  Be who you are!  Respect and love, but please….be a man!

My body’s oxygen….

I have been around Chinese techniques all my life, and sometimes I don’t realize people aren’t aware of it.  One of these techniques are deep breathing.  My father taught it to me when I was young.  Breathing deeply everyday (Chinese doctors recommend early in the morning)…..is very good for your whole body.  “Chinese breathing” is a very deep breathing, which will help you to build strength internally and externally.  It helps to heal your body also; it helps with the lungs, blood flow, internal organs, and gives you a comfortable, peaceful feeling because your body has been filled with oxygen.  If you would like to try it, the best way to learn properly is at a martial arts school or possibly at some Chinese acupuncture offices.  There is no “heeby-geeby” involved…….just pure science.  Give it a try……….. Have a great day!  http://www.waimomona.wordpress.com

Have you heard!!!!!!  The President of the United States is asking….NO, telling you and I to snitch (send him an email) on anyone we know speaking or blogging against his health care plan!!!!!!!  Well, friends, please don’t forget to give them my name and blogsite!!!!!!!!  Maybe they will learn something about freedom!  Love for our country!  Care for our fellow human beings!  Love for our military!  FREEDOM!
